Ant was very friendly and professional. Kept me updated about his arrival and arrived on agreed hour slot. Seemed genuinely interested in helping me with a pragmatic approach rather than up selling. He took time to investigate the issue before commiting to a potentially expensive job. The follow up appointment was very quick and he was well prepared to replace the faulty parts at a very fair price. I contacted Ant following a Google search when my boiler packed in. I’ll be honest I was clueless as to what I needed. Ant however established the boiler fault, without even needing to come out and based on the age of the boiler, I opted to get a new one.
Ant advised me on the right replacement and gave me a fixed price to complete the work.
The team arrived on time, with everything they needed and My new boiler was installed perfectly with no scrimping on the finishing touches and details.

They are respectful of your home, friendly, knowledgeable and pride themselves on doing a really good job - they even cleaned up as they went!
